Library About the Library Fund of the National Aviation Academy. The Library of the National Aviation Academy (NAA) was opened in 1996. The library, which meets the state-of-the-art requirements, has built its activity pursuant to the demands of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Librarianship”, orders and decrees of the “Azerbaijan Airlines” CJSC, National Aviation Academy, other legal acts regulating the activity of the library.
